Herbed Cranberry Sauce
Bright, tart cranberries, sweetened and flavored with the best herbs fall has to offer. This condiment has a place on many fall tables, as a spread for cheese, topping for roast turkey, or stirred into a festive drink!

- 4 cups fresh cranberries
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup dry white wine
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ¾ tsp dried rosemary
- ¾ tsp dried sage
- ½ tsp black pepper freshly ground
- ½ tsp kosher salt
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cranberries are burst and softened and sauce has thickened, about 30-45 minutes.
Serve as a sauce, with a cheese plate, as a spread with crackers, mixed into a cocktail, or any other way you can think of!
