Hello. I’m Montana, an engineer by day, chef by night. I was born into a big Italian family whose love of food was instilled from the moment I was old enough to help in the kitchen. I grew up watching both of my grandmothers, as well as my parents, cook for others as a form of love. Since then, I’ve been cooking alongside them, with my little sister, Gianna.
My cooking is rooted in classic Italian flavors, along with influences from global cuisine. I love fresh, seasonal, whole ingredients, and sharing those flavors with the people I love the most.
After cooking my way through my chemical engineering degree, I decided to finally document my food journey.
